We provide long and short-term care for elderly ladies and gentlemen, with a special interest in helping people with all levels of memory impairment and dementia.
Life at Rosebank is centred on our residents, but there are many people who contribute to making life at the home so unique and we include family, friends and the Bampton village community in daily life wherever possible.
Our two Lifestyle Support Co-ordinators are central to daily life at the home and they work closely with residents and colleagues to develop a varied programme of activities and events throughout the year.
One popular fixture on the calendar is the ‘Rosebud Choir’ which meets every Wednesday morning, bringing together a wide range of people from the home and the community, for a morning of fun, laughter and singing.
Other regular activities include movie afternoons, sensory workshops and professional entertainment.
Mealtimes are another important aspect of daily life at Rosebank and they are designed to be flexible and enjoyable. Residents can choose what they eat, as well as where and when they would like to take their meals.
Our Registered Manager is Lynn Hughes, who has gained over 30 years’ of care experience, of which 15 have been here at Rosebank. Owner Jane is also a trained nurse and works closely with Lynn on a day-to-day basis to ensure an open, fun and loving approach flows through the home.
All of our staff members are hand-selected by Jane and Lynn, and are appointed for their sense of compassion, commitment and desire to work as part of our professional care team.
With high staffing levels at all times, we offer a safe, comfortable and happy environment, whilst ensuring an excellent level of personal care, which is carried out with particular attention to privacy and dignity.
